New Years Goose

Our Traditional Goose is a real once a year indulgence.  It’s succulent meat is the traditional centerpiece for many homes New Years dinner.  A goose is suited to catering for numbers of up to 6 lucky people. The chef gets the added bonus of harvesting the Goose drippings for making magical roast spuds.
